# Merging group and names file

Dear Mothur,

I need to know if mothur have a command which can merge names files with group file ( three columns- sequence ID, sample ID, number of times sequences is present)  
example  
sequence ID sample ID number of times sequences is present  
HWI-M01105\_84\_000000000-ACT14\_1\_1101\_10000\_11300 Sample1 10

Mothur doesn’t currently have a command that would parse that format of file. Here are links to our name, group and count files.
