Make.shared with label=2

Hi,
I am trying to run make.shared with label=2 and it doesn’t seem to work - I get a file but it has only 3 columns (label, Group and numOtus). The Group column looks correct, but label just has “label” in each row and numOtus has “0” in each row. I tried it in versions 1.39.5, 1.42.3 and 1.43.0. When I ran the same thing with label=1, it worked fine. Any advice?
Here’s how I tried it:
make.shared(list=bachman.trim.contigs.good.unique.good.filter.unique.precluster.pick.pds.wang.pick.pick.tx.list, count=bachman.trim.contigs.good.unique.good.filter.unique.precluster.denovo.vsearch.pick.pick.pick.count_table, label=2)
