Dear mothur team,

I would like to report a issue which I am facing while running `make.file` command
If `inputdir` in `make.file` command contains path with **“underscore \_”** then mothur consider it as a sample name
Example: In my case if my path is /home/RB/mothur\_output/reads/ then all the samples are named as “mothur”
Currently I am using mothur 1.39.5 version.

Please upgrade to the latest version of mothur. I think this has been fixed since 1.39.5.
