# How can i start with mothur pipeline

Dear all the members, as i am new on the mothur, i do not understand how can i do the analysis of my 10 amplicon sequences with this pipeline can someone help me?

Hi! Are you doing Sanger sequencing of 10 amplicons or something like MiSeq of 10 samples? If you are doing MiSeq, I’d encourage you to check out [MiSeq SOP](https://mothur.org/wiki/miseq_sop/). Alternatively, if you only have 10 sequences and all you need is their classification, I’d encourage you to use the online tools at [http://rdp.cme.msu.edu](http://rdp.cme.msu.edu)
