Hi,
I’m new in the MOTHUR world…
I have some problems with the get.oturep command.
I would like to have the most abundant sequence as represenative sequence of my OTUs.
so I’ve done:

> get.oturep(list=GH11\_TOTAL.unique.good.filter.unique.precluster.pick.an.unique\_list.list,fasta=GH11\_TOTAL.unique.good.filter.unique.precluster.pick.fasta,
> count=GH11\_TOTAL.unique.good.filter.unique.precluster.pick.count\_table,method=abundance)

but mothur gives me this ERROR MESSAGE:

unique 11857
0.01 11473
[ERROR]: group HWI-M00234\_71\_000000000-A441H\_1\_2106\_13868\_14972\_CGTACG is not in your count table. Please correct.

I’ve check and I have this sequences in all the files I’ve used as input.

Some one can tell me where I have make a mistake?! ☹☹

thank you

This is a bug with the get.oturep command using the count file. It will be fixed in our next release, coming very soon. Thanks for reporting the issue.
