Is it possible to get all sequences belonging to a specific OTU in a fasta-file, in stead of just a representative sequence from the OTU as in get.oturep?

The bin.seqs command, [http://www.mothur.org/wiki/Bin.seqs](http://www.mothur.org/wiki/Bin.seqs) will show you the OTU information for all sequences.
