Hello, I have used venn diagram command to compare sample diversity among 3 samples and along with the diagram it also generated a shared otu file which shows the name of the otus that are shared between 3 samples but not the otu sequence itself shared otu fle: stability.opti\_mcc.0.03.subsample.0.03.sharedsobs.Group\_0-Group\_1-Group\_2.sharedotus I would like to know how to pull the corresponding otu sequences.
