# Error

HI all,  
I am getting following error while doing shhh.flows,  
Clustering flowgrams…  
[ERROR]: Soil2.44-1.shhh.dist is blank. Please correct.

If anyone a have idea for the same?

This happens when a sample has no or very few reads in it. This could happen because your trim.flows step used an incorrect oligos file. Do any of your samples have reads in them?

Thanks. I checked that sample fasta file and there are very few reads. But other samples are seems to be fine.
