dist.shared 3 output files

Hello,

When I run the dist.shared command, I get three output files:

stability.an.no24R.thetayc.0.03.lt.ave.dist
stability.an.no24R.thetayc.0.03.lt.std.dist
stability.an.no24R.thetayc.0.03.lt.dist

I know the ave and std correspond to the average and sd values, but what is the other one. I found that that other file gives the same values that I obtain in Qiime, but I can’t figure out what it means.

The *lt.dist file gives the results of your full dataset being run with the estimators. The *ave.dist is the average of the subsample datasets. The *std.dist is the standard deviation of the subsampled datasets.
