# create tax.summary file, from taxonomy file

Classify.seqs will create taxonomy file and tax summary file corresponding to that taxonomy.  
Remove.lineage can modify the taxonomy file, but will not create a new tax.summary file.  
There could be a separate command, separate option in summary seqs, or separate option in remove.lineage - to create a tax.summary file out of taxonomy file.
