# command unifrac.weighted, bug?

I’ve met a lot of problems :x , see the follows

\_mothur \> unifrac.weighted(tree=FL.trim.unique.good.pick.filter.fn.jclass.0.03.tre,group=FL.good.pick.groups,name=FL.trim.good.pick.names,distance=square,processors=2)

Using 2 processors.

please give some explaining about this, which would be highly appreciated!

We never heard back, but what I suspect is this…

```nohighlight
mothur > unifrac.weighted(tree=FL.trim.unique.good.pick.filter.fn.jclass.0.03.tre,group=FL.good.pick.groups,name=FL.trim.good.pick.names,distance=square,processors=2)

```

The user gave a tree made of the groups, but the group file has the names of all the sequences. Either they needed a tree file that was made by the clearcut command or a group file where the first column was the names of the groups and the second was a secondary form of grouping.
