We will be hosting a mothur-based microbial ecology workshop April 23-25 at a hotel near the Detroit airport. If you are interested, please feel free to contact Pat at pdschloss at gmail.

I would like to know if there are any workshops planned for 2013.

I am Montreal-based resource person for a network of scientist in biodiversity related questions, and many expressed their interest in using heavily Mothur for their futur microorganism community analyses.
