# AMOVA Tutorial Sample design File Missing Headers

Hello, I was trying to follow the AMOVA command [tutorial](https://mothur.org/wiki/amova) but the provided design file did not seem to be formatted correctly. All it needed was the “group” and “treatment” headers, so a very small issue.
