# All Unclassified Eukaryota data

When I used Silva 138.1 reference, start=1380, end=1510 and used in the alignment of my fasta sequence reads. I have got mostly unclassified Eukaryota

What I am missing here for proper classification of sequence?

I’m pretty confident that you have the wrong start and end coordinates. What region did you sequence and what are you sequencing? Have you seen this tutorial?
